Return Eligibility
We gladly accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Be returned with all original tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Show no signs of damage, stains, odors, or alteration.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
No problem.
If the item you ordered doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to help you exchange it, subject to product availability.
If your preferred size or style is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit where applicable.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For quality and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Final Sale or Clearance products
- Gift Cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original tags

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
Although every order is inspected before shipment, mistakes can occasionally happen.

- A manufacturing defect

- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After reviewing your request, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, simply email our Customer Support Team with:

- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your request
Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.
Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization, as this may delay processing.
Refund Processing
After your returned package is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.
If approved:
- Refund approval: 3–5 business days
- Bank processing: 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our mistake, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return results from:
- Shipping the wrong product
- A confirmed manufacturing defect
- Damage during transit
GAPR will cover the reasonable cost of the return or provide an appropriate alternative solution.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will follow our standard return procedure after delivery.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
